The Central European Distribution Company has agreed to purchase a stake of Russian Alcohol Group. I like it when companies are straightforward in their names: Russian. Alcohol. Group. There’s no doubt what they make. (Oddly enough, Central European Distribution Company is headquartered in Bala Cynwyd, Pa.)
